Booking, Cancellation & Modification Policy
1. Booking Cancellation Policy
- Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the standard check-in time of 02:00 PM (local hotel time) on the arrival date.
- Any cancellation made within 24 hours of check-in shall attract a one-night retention charge per room booked.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations, including applicable room and non-room add-on purchases, will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
- Refunds may take up to 20 working days to reflect in the guest’s account depending on banking channels, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
- Certain promotional rates, discounted offers, advance purchase bookings, festive packages, or non-refundable reservations may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Convenience fees, transaction charges, and payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.
2. Booking Modification Policy
- Reservation modifications may be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to check-in time, subject to availability.
- Guests may request modifications including:
- Change of stay dates
- Reduction or extension of nights
- Change in number of rooms
- Guest detail updates
- Room category changes
3. Room Upgrade Policy
- Room upgrades are strictly subject to availability and operational feasibility.
- Guests requesting an upgrade shall only be required to pay the applicable difference between the originally booked room rate and the upgraded room category rate available at the time of modification.
4. No-Show Policy
- In the event of a no-show, or failure to communicate cancellation/modification before the applicable cut-off time, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged.
5. Hotel Rights & Guest Conduct
Limewood Signature Hotels reserves the absolute right to refuse accommodation, cancel reservations, remove guests from the premises, or take necessary legal action in cases involving misconduct, fraudulent bookings, illegal activities, or violation of hotel policies.
6. Visitor Policy
- As a policy we do not allow visitors to go to the guest rooms. This is only to ensure the safety and security of our guests.
7. GST Invoice Policy
- Guests requiring a GST invoice must provide valid GST details at the time of check-in or before invoice generation.
8. Group Booking Policy
- Reservations involving five (5) rooms or more shall be treated as Group Bookings.
