5. Changing Your Booking (Modifications)
If you need to change your check in date, number of guests or length of stay, you can do so by contacting us at least 24 hours before check in. Changes are subject to room availability and updated prices.
- No extra charge will apply for the first modification if made on time.
- If the new dates are more expensive, you will only need to pay the difference.
6. Group Bookings & Long Stays
If you are booking 3 or more rooms or planning to stay for 5 or more nights, a longer cancellation notice is required.
- Please cancel at least 7 days before your check in to receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 7 days, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
