1. Free Cancellation Period

If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before your check in date, you will get a full refund of the amount you paid. There will be no deductions or charges. This applies to all standard bookings that are not marked as non refundable. We want to give you enough time to plan with peace of mind.

2. Late Cancellations (Less Than 48 Hours)

If you decide to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled check in, we will deduct the charges for one night from your booking amount. The rest of the money will be refunded to your original payment method. This is to cover the cost of the room being blocked for you and the short notice.

3. No Show Policy

If you do not show up for your booking and do not inform us in advance, your reservation will be marked as a “No Show”. In this case, the entire booking amount will be non refundable. We kindly request all guests to update us if there is any delay or change in arrival to avoid this situation.

4. Refund Processing and Timeline

We will process all eligible refunds within 7 working days from the time your cancellation is confirmed.

  • If you paid online using a card, net banking, UPI or any digital wallet, the refund will be sent to the same payment method.

Please note that bank processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Changing Your Booking (Modifications)

If you need to change your check in date, number of guests or length of stay, you can do so by contacting us at least 24 hours before check in. Changes are subject to room availability and updated prices.

  • No extra charge will apply for the first modification if made on time.
  • If the new dates are more expensive, you will only need to pay the difference.

6. Group Bookings & Long Stays

If you are booking 3 or more rooms or planning to stay for 5 or more nights, a longer cancellation notice is required.

  • Please cancel at least 7 days before your check in to receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 7 days, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
This helps us manage our inventory better and offer availability to other guests.

7. Non Refundable Offers

Sometimes, we may offer special prices or discounts that are marked as “non refundable.” If you choose these offers, the full amount will be charged at the time of booking and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

8. Unforeseen Situations (Force Majeure)

In rare cases, like natural disasters, health emergencies, lockdowns or travel bans from the government, we will review cancellation requests on a case by case basis.
