Stay Limewood reserves the right to cancel or reject bookings in cases including but not limited to:

• Payment failure
• Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
• Fraudulent transactions
• Unavailable inventory
• Government restrictions
• Force majeure events

2.2 Guest Information

Guests must provide:

• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Correct contact information
• Accurate guest details during booking and check-in

Foreign nationals may be required to present valid passport, visa, and travel-related documents as per applicable regulations.

2.3 Occupancy Policy

• Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room.

• Maximum room occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Failure to vacate the room by the check-out time may result in extension charges or an additional night’s tariff.

4. Payment Policy

6. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation:

9. Damage to Property

Stay Limewood may assist in returning lost items at the guest’s expense but does not guarantee recovery or delivery.

21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
